Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a part-time nurse on weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). They will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
