Job Description
Cottage Inn Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to support daily restaurant operations and provide friendly customer service. In this role, you will assist customers, prepare food, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Crew Members help prepare pizzas according to company recipes, assemble and package orders, assist with food preparation, and support general restaurant tasks. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Take customer orders using the POS system and process payments.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company recipes.
- Assemble, cut, and package orders for carryout and delivery.
- Assist with dough preparation and ingredient prep such as chopping vegetables and portioning toppings.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations and cleaning equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work with team members to maintain efficient service during busy periods.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience in retail, café, or grocery environments is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and food prep tools safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.

Pay: $13.73 - $17.00 per hour
