Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse (RN) role in Connecticut, near the 06053 zip code area. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing and supervising care plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations, monitoring client health conditions, and providing clinical oversight for home care services.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
