System Support Analyst provides user support for information system applications and user support of systems required by the department. Provides technical oversite of all applicable systems including system maintenance, system upgrades, problem resolution, and report generation. Develops training for applications and coordinates all related training efforts. Participates in the selection and implementation of new information technology products for the department. Specific responsibilities vary by department.
