Job Description
Lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians to ensure that the operation of healthcare at CH Pharmacies is effective, efficient, professional, and in accordance with current regulations and laws. Provide training and coaching/feedback for sterile compounding technicians. Provide appropriate pharmaceutical care to patients and staff of Cottage Hospital.

Qualified as Pharmacy Tech II Computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy technology Must pass CH Pharmacy administered tech-check-tech competency exam plus accuracy test. Leadership and production of hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding Coordination of inventory control to support sterile compounding Sterile compounding quality assurance Knowledge of USP and USP

- Minimum: Pharmacy Technician Licensure by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
- Preferred: National Pharmacy Technician Board Certification(s).

- Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
