- Perform bi-weekly payroll cycle processing, including off-cycle on-demand checks.
- Input income and deduction data for direct deposits, tax sheltered annuities, loans, etc.
All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.
Education:
- Minimum: S uccessful completion of at least one accounting-related college course.
- Preferred: Associates Degree.
- Minimum: Basic MS Excel and intermediate arithmetic skill.
- Minimum: Six (6) months of experience with computerized payroll systems OR six (6) months of experience with Oracle Cloud as an end user in financial applications. Associate’s degree or higher in lieu of experience.
- Preferred: Two (2) years of payroll experience using Oracle Cloud.
