Cottage Health seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Department. Responsibilities include design and execution of visual communication across print and digital platforms, for internal and external audiences. This position is part of the inhouse marketing team working to develop creative concepts within the Cottage brand, for clear communication that informs and inspires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field such as Communications, Art, Advertising, Public Relations or Marketing.
- Minimum: Strong proficiency in fundamental design principles, design industry standards, Adobe Creative Suite software, pre-press production and print and web specifications. Ability to adhere to corporate branding guidelines. Strong writing and proofreading skills, organizational skills, project management and attention to detail. Exceptional creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of web and social media marketing. Experience with digital marketing platforms.
- Minimum: At least 3 years of full-time professional Graphic Design experience.
- Preferred: Experience working in a corporate environment.

- Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential. Salary : $33 - $51
