Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Oversee product listings and inventory on our website, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media and online channels
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure top-notch service
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and online marketing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
