Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Account Manager to oversee and grow our distributor network. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our core distributor partners while proactively identifying and onboarding new distributor accounts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Account Management: Maintain, nurture, and expand relationships with key distributor partners to drive ongoing product sales and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and secure new distributor partners globally to expand our distribution footprint.
- Partner Support: Serve as the main point of contact for product questions, order updates, price quotes, and product availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our close-knit internal team—from operations to leadership—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and account service.
- Pipeline & Account Tracking: Organize daily communications, follow-ups, and order pipelines via standard office software and direct communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Junior to Mid-level experience in account management, customer service, or sales (agricultural/B2B experience is a plus, but not required).
- Communication: Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer-first attitude.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with basic business applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, spreadsheets, email).
- Adaptability: Comfortable working on-site in a dynamic, small family-owned business setting.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take ownership of key accounts.
