PM Line Cook

Cotogna is seeking a passionate and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. Inspired by the spirit of Italian cooking and Northern California’s seasonal bounty, Cotogna offers a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment focused on simplicity, craftsmanship, and hospitality.

• Prepare and execute dishes to Cotogna’s standards of quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling practices
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks during service
• Assist with daily prep and station setup/breakdown
• Support a positive and professional kitchen culture

• Previous line cook experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or fine dining environment
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Passion for seasonal ingredients and Italian cuisine
• Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and as part of a team
• Michelin experience is a plus, but not required
