Tin Man: Call Center - Customer Service Representative
Salary: $18 - $23/hour weekly bonus
Work Schedule:
Some flexibility may be available; however, candidates must be available for at least one weekend shift.

This role is for people who want to provide our Maintenance Agreement Members and potential new customers with the excellent customer service they want and deserve. Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have 2 years of CSR experience
- Call Center experience 1 years
- Service Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus)
- Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, email, and CMS is a plus
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
- Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attendance
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members

What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
