Our mission is to develop competent learners ensuring that every student at Hahn School reaches a high level of academic achievement as determined by state and national standards. Our school is a professional learning community (PLC) where teachers work together to ensure that all students learn at grade level. We will accomplish this through a variety of learning opportunities and ongoing purposeful assessments, committing resources and support to ensure this outcome. Each year our goal is for our students to make continuous growth and achieve grade level standards while doing their personal best. By doing this our goal is for more of our students to meet proficient levels of achievement on state and local assessments.

Classified: 1. Cover Letter 2. Resume 3. (3) Recent Letters of Recommendation Paraprofessionals employed at non-Title I schools must do the following: -Have a high school diploma or the equivalent, and -Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction (This is a locally approved assessment. Local educational agencies may develop their own assessment or use an existing assessment so long as it measures the knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. Many districts use the California Basic Educational Skills Test [CBEST] for this purpose.) (California Education Code [EC] Section 45330, 20 United States Code [U.S.C.], Section 1112[c][6]). Title I paraprofessionals whose duties include instructional support must have: -High school diploma or the equivalent, and -Two years of college (48 units), or -A. A. degree (or higher), or -Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. (This is a locally approved assessment. Local educational agencies may develop their own assessment or use an existing assessment so long as it measures the knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction.
