Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Strategic Solutions & Engagement Director (SSED) who will be a primary point of contact with our key clients. The SSED is accountable and responsible for engagement management with active clients, which includes profitability and customer satisfaction. The SSED will engage with the Sales and Operations Teams in driving and strengthening customer relationships and growing revenue. The SSED also is a leader in the presales/solutioning process, including strategizing with the prospect/customer and leading the CoStrategix Team to pull together the Proposal and WO. The SSED is responsible for all aspects of service level performance, contract & financial management, driving continuous improvement across the business and thought leadership, enabling the client to achieve targeted business outcomes.


This role offers hybrid remote flexibility and is based in our Cincinnati, OH, office.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Pursuit Team Lead: point person in solving the proposal and WO to meet the client's opportunity.
  2. Collaborate with all required internal parties to shape and drive client deliverables.
  3. Coordinate the internal strategic review of proposals over set thresholds for approvals before client presentation.
  4. Ensure a clear understanding of client engagement goals and work to establish and track KPIs to show progress against those goals covering the following Engagement areas:
  5. Finance/Gross Margin and Contract/Scope Management
  6. Customer Satisfaction- technical delivery, relationship building, and thought leadership/innovation.
  7. Manage client expectations and coordinate major client work efforts with appropriate CoStrategix staff.
  8. Engaged with the Sales Team in the development and execution of the Strategic Account Plan.
  9. Engage with the Sales Team in building and cultivating key relationships with client C-level and other strategic leadership.
  10. Engage with the Sales and Operations Teams in driving customer retention and growth.
  11. Lead CoStrategix Team in driving customer adoption to CoStrategix services and platforms.
  12. Foster an environment and lead in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that increase client satisfaction, cost reduction, and service quality.
  13. Manage the contract scope and delivery to contractual service levels, reviews and audits, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance. Effectively communicate any failures and corrective actions.
  14. The primary interface for client escalations: operations, financial, contractual, etc. Lead and manage any Service Improvement Programs.
  15. Demonstrate and actively promote an understanding and commitment to the mission of CoStrategix with behaviors consistent with the organization's values.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  2. Seven plus years of consultative engagement management experience with a record of consistently meeting business targets in the IT Professional Services industry.
  3. Seven plus years of Pursuit Leadership experience developing and delivering solutions and proposals that will generate the client’s desired outcomes.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key client relationships where you are acknowledged as a trusted advisor.
  5. Digital transformation and new leading-edge technology exposure/knowledge
  6. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth global environment.
  7. Ability to lead, communicate, motivate, encourage, and influence others to perform at high levels.
  8. Ability to simply articulate intricate data & analytics, cloud, and application modernization technologies
  9. Must be comfortable with the use of technology tools (Google Apps), CRM tools (Hubspot), etc.
  10. Must have experience with proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal forecasting.
  11. Strong presentation skills
  12. Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  13. Organizational skills and attention to detail
  14. Some travel required
