Summary
CoStrategix is seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design expertise to
help shape the visual and user experience direction of a modern digital ecosystem. This
role will focus on designing intuitive, production-ready user interfaces across a suite of
interconnected web and mobile applications, while also establishing and maintaining a
cohesive visual language and design system. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering,
and leadership teams to deliver user-centered designs that balance usability, scalability, and brand-forward visuals.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Product Design
Own the UX design direction for multiple enterprise web and mobile applications,
including:
o Administrative and internal portals
o Customer-facing web and mobile experiences
o Operational and logistics-focused modules
o E-commerce, ticketing, or transactional platforms
Develop user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and wireframes.
Create low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready design handoffs.
Apply and evolve consistent design systems across products.
Visual & Graphic Design
Create brand-aligned visual assets, including:
o Logos, icons, badges, and illustrations
o Marketing graphics, banners, and promotional materials
o Technical diagrams and visual explanations
Produce clean, developer-friendly assets (SVG, PNG, web-optimized formats).
Support product launches with polished UI styling and visual assets.
Contribute to modern website redesigns with content-rich, scalable layouts.
Design Systems & UI Consistency
Establish and maintain a unified design system (colors, typography,
components).
Build reusable component libraries in Figma aligned to development frameworks.
Ensure accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) are met where applicable.
Promote consistency and usability across platforms and products.
Required Qualifications
Core Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design across web and mobile
applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants,
prototyping).
Ability to turn loosely defined requirements into polished, production-ready
designs.
Strong graphic design foundation, including:
o Vector illustration
o Iconography
o Brand identity systems
o Marketing and layout design
Understanding of responsive design and front-end implementation constraints.
Technical & Collaboration Skills
Comfortable working closely with engineers and product teams.
Familiarity with design systems, design tokens, or component libraries.
Experience designing both enterprise admin tools and customer-facing
applications.
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs.
Highly-Desired Skills
Experience with dark-mode dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
Animation or motion design experience (e.g., Lottie, After Effects).
Experience creating technical diagrams or system visualizations.
Familiarity with GitHub workflows for sharing and managing design assets.
