UI Designer

Location: Seattle, WA (Fremont)
Hybrid Schedule: 40 hour Contract Position (3 days required in office and 2 days remote)
Duration: 3-6 month contract, with potential to transition to fulltime employment

• Design sleek, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web
• Validate visual and communication elements (typography, color palettes) and define specs for scalable graphic asset production
• Maintain and update test automation frameworks
• Use Figma and design systems to build scalable UI solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering to brin concepts to life
• Present your work with confidence, inspiring teams with your creative visions
• Use provided AI tools to streamline the design process

• 3-4 years in UI/UX design, visual design or hybrid design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, case studies, mockups, and style guides
• Experience designing across multiple devices (mobile and web)
• Understanding of Accessibility and SEO guidelines to improve AI searchability
• Experience leading complex design initiatives and coordinating across teams
• Ability to solve ambiguous design challenges and make strategic trade-offs
• Polish presentation and communication skills
• Ability to create detail documentation

What We Do

CostQuest Associates services government clients and the broadband industry with services related to valuation, appraisal, public policy, engineering cost, and business planning. We excel in custom broadband telecommunication economics work and the creation of niche datasets and applications that enable companies and regulators to make effective, informed decisions, and allocate their capital more efficiently.
