With new projects secured, we are ready to grow and are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our various construction sites. Job Overview:


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on one or more construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in construction site management, leadership, and safety practices. As the Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all specifications and deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:


Work with project managers / ownership to supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed to a high quality standard, on time and within budget.

Lead, train, and mentor teams of subcontractors, and other construction personnel.

Perform hands on work which includes but is not limited to light framing, general installations, site setup, etc. Additional skills such as painting, drywall work, tile installation, hardwood, vinyl and laminate flooring installations etc. are viewed as an asset.

Monitor daily progress and resolve issues related to construction operations, materials, and scheduling.

Enforce safety standards and ensure all workers are following safety protocols and regulations.

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure project requirements are met.

Maintain and track project materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring their availability as needed.

Collaborate with project managers / ownership, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Prepare and submit reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues that arise.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 5 years of experience leading construction projects and small teams.

Proven Reliability

Proven Accountability

Proven ability to manage multiple jobsites simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.

Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or scaffolding if necessary.


Compensation & Benefits:


Competitive salary based on experience $33.50 - $37.00 per hour
