Job Functions

Services existing customers, obtains orders, deliver product
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads
Keeps management informed by communicating activity and results on a daily basis
Works closely with key inside sales representatives to create new leads and service existing customers
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Meets or exceeds goals determined by management, in specific period
Take initiative to learn product knowledge
Take initiative to learn selling skills
