Full Job Description:
Our busy Pizza restaurant is looking for a very experience front counter cashier.
We are looking for someone who already has front counter cashier experience preferably in a fast paced restaurant.
Someone who is good at multitasking.
Must have good leadership skills.
Must have at least 2 years of Cashier/Customer service experience.
Hourly pay PLUS CASH TIPS= $16-$19 per hour
Must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests with a positive attitude. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Help manage all front counter operations and guest services.
- Ensure the restaurant’s standards of quality and service are maintained.
- Clean host area and assist with restaurant cleanliness.
- Satisfy guest complaints promptly, politely, and quietly.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Have a strong work ethic and be teamwork oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (via phone, written, and in-person).
- Previous work experience as cashier highly preferred.
- Keep track of supplies needed in the front.
- All other duties need to help run the front.
- Able to walk and stand during an entire shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
