Tire Installer

We are seeking a Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. This position will require a combination of sales and service technician duties.

Duties:
- Install and repair tires on customer vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance on tires, including rotations and balancing
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify tire wear and potential issues
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Sell additional products and services to customers as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Sales experience preferred but not required
