What you’ll do
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, showcasing your knowledge of various insurance plans.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best insurance solutions for each client.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company standards.
- Provide ongoing support and benefits administration to existing clients, ensuring they understand their coverage.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop prospecting strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets and building client relationships
Preferred qualifications
- Strong communication skills that enable effective discussions with clients regarding policy options.
- Proficiency in analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
