Costa Dentistry is seeking a Full-time Associate Dentist to join our modern, high-performing practice in Ashburn, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values patient care, teamwork, and continued professional growth.

Position Details
- Schedule: 4 days per week
- Location: In-person (Ashburn, VA)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $135,371 – $335,710 per year (based on experience & production)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care
- Diagnose and present treatment plans effectively
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and experience
- Collaborate with clinical and front office team members
- Be willing to see hygiene patients as needed
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree (required)
- Active Virginia dental license (required
- DEA certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- 3 years of experience in general dentistry
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and case acceptance skills
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Experience in a fast-paced dental practice preferred
- Commitment to continuing education
