Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role supporting our team through project controls advisory, schedule and delay analyses, and cost analyses.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-5 years in construction project controls or project management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Knowledge of construction operations, project controls, and scheduling
- Understanding of construction change orders, time requests, REAs, and/or claims
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Experience with scheduling software is preferred (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel (amount varies, but typically no more than 3-4 trips per year)
