Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Hayward, CA. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage, managing insurance policies, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes tasks such as consulting on financial service products, handling insurance claims, and maintaining client relationships to promote long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and general Insurance services
- Strong understanding of Finance and financial service products
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- California Insurance License preferred
