Prior agentic AI experience is valuable but not mandatory when the candidate demonstrates exceptional Power Platform depth and learning agility. Design solutions based on business and architectural fit rather than platform preference. Success will be measured by effective adoption of emerging capabilities, sound cross-platform decisions, and the ability to guide clients and teams toward scalable automation and AI solutions.
