We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Process Mining Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of process mining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in analyzing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making through the deployment of process mining capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow Process Mining capabilities, including data modeling, integration, and dashboard configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through process analysis.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Process Optimization and Process Mining modules to align with organizational goals.
• Develop custom dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support insights into operational performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of process mining tools with existing systems.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and updates within the ServiceNow ecosystem, particularly related to process mining and automation.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to internal teams and end-users.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, scripting, and implementation of Process Mining or Process Optimization.
• Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), process improvement methodologies, and ITSM/ITOM principles.
• Experience working with large data sets, data integration, and process visualization tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow Studio or App Engine.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for automation and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Process Mining, or App Engine).
• Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, or similar, especially in conjunction with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement frameworks.
