Senior Solutions Architect – UiPath, IXP, GenAi

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Solutions Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions within a globally distributed team. This is not a traditional RPA developer role—it’s a high-impact position focused on architecting business-driven, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks using the full UiPath platform.

As a thought leader in intelligent automation, you will translate complex business needs into end-to-end UiPath solutions by leveraging tools such as Communication Mining, Integration Service (IXP), Gen AI, and other advanced UiPath capabilities. Your focus will be on maximizing the value of the UiPath ecosystem through innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Innovation & Strategic Design

• Stay abreast of UiPath’s evolving product suite—especially Communication Mining, IXP, & Gen AI. 

• Recommend platform enhancements and introduce innovation based on business objectives and new capabilities. 

End-to-end Solution Architecture

• Lead the design and architecture of automation solutions that utilize the entire UiPath ecosystem, not just RPA. 

• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise strategy, technical best practices, and governance standards. 

Scalability, Resilience & Quality

• Architect automation frameworks that are secure, scalable, and resilient, incorporating enterprise-grade logging, error handling, and multi-bot orchestration. 

• Enforce high standards for maintainability and performance. 

​​​​​Implementation Oversight 

• Provide technical leadership during development and deployment phases. 

• Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams and support teams with documentation and enablement. 

Technical Reviews & Mentorship 

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and QA checkpoints. 
• Mentor and guide developers and junior architects in solution design and best practices. 

Business Engagement 

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities. 
• Translate strategic business goals into practical and impactful automation solutions. 

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in automation architecture, with a focus on UiPath. 
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end solution design and implementation using the full UiPath product suite. 
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Communication Mining, Integration Service (IXP), AI Center, Gen AI, and related components. 
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, DevOps practices, and automation lifecycle. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Solution Architect) strongly preferred. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or telecom. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure. 
• Exposure to complementary technologies like Power Platform, ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
