Overview:
We are seeking experienced Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Forklift Operators to support fast-paced warehouse operations within a distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have recent forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment | Load, unload, and stage products for shipment or storage | Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently | Maintain accurate inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures | Ensure pallet safety and proper product storage | Follow all warehouse safety standards and operational procedures | Assist with general warehouse duties and support team operations as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual or Spanish-speaking | Recent sit-down forklift experience | Ability to pass a forklift test during the interview process | Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify requirements | Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment | Ability to lift up to 50 lbs | Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Preferred:
Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or food production environments | Strong safety awareness | Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
