What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Cosmonet LLC?
- Improve customer service programming and ensure policies and procedures that are implemented support associate empowerment and resident satisfaction
- Provide timely coaching to direct reports to build their functional expertise, enhance associate engagement and develop their leadership capability
- Travel weekly to conduct property visits, engage Associates, coach and fill in for Property Managers, review market conditions, facilitate action planning to improve property performance or address performance needs
- Collaborate with the company’s internal asset management team in understanding and identifying capital expenditure budgets for each property, schedule improvements, and give input into other capital improvement; manage replacement reserves if applicable
- Develops the annual budget(s) for the properties comprising the assigned portfolio and oversees attainment of budgeted goals by analyzing and evaluating financial statements, reconciling monthly statements against approved budget, and working with the Asset Management team, client/owner, and stakeholders to address and resolve gaps in the financial performance of the portfolio.
- Ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals by inspecting properties, reviewing economic, market, and operational reports, and developing and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve results.
- Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports, analyses, and other duties as assigned or necessary.
Education & Experience:
- 5 years’ experience managing a portfolio of properties (Manufacture Housing experience is a plus)
- Bachelors or associate degree preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
