ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for an Software Support Rep to join our Legal Cloud Solutions growing team!
The primary function of the Technical Support Representative (TSR) is to identify, test, and report issues affecting the integrity and functionality of ProfitSolv’s software products. The TSR also acts as technical resource for Support and other departments on elevated situations, performs data services for clients (including data repairs and evaluations, and test and live conversion data validation).

As a Technical Support Representative, you will:
- Provide elevated technical support for third-party integration programs, overflow, pre-release processes, and internal programs.
- Work with Tech Support Supervisor, specialist and technical services to resolve IT/Hardware related issues.
- Write and review technical documentation
- Identify a need for upselling or cross-selling payments or other add on products and forwarding client information to appropriate sales contact.
- Perform call analyses by evaluating feature usage, uncover and report trends, and evaluating the overall condition and resources for supporting software
- At times will test software for functionality and usability.
- Attend and participate at annual Forum and trade shows as requested
- Other duties as assigned
A great fit for this position has:
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle and of programming concepts
- Proficient with MS Suite including MS Graph.
- Basic knowledge of DOS commands and network troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain technical information to people with varying degrees of technical abilities
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with computer or technical classes, or equivalent experience.
- Programming coursework and knowledge of coding.

- Strong time management skills
- Strong initiative and sound decision-making ability
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
