We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, enjoys working with people, and can thrive in a fast-paced salon environment. Experience using Vagarosalon software is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Vagaro.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally.
- Check clients in and out while processing payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with retail sales and recommend salon products when appropriate.
- Coordinate with stylists to ensure appointments run smoothly.
- Help manage daily salon operations and client records.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience using Vagaro is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and payment processing.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
