What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Cosmo Car Wash and play a vital role in driving the growth of our Unlimited Membership Program.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Educate customers on the benefits and value of the Cosmo Unlimited Wash Club.
- Convert retail customers into Unlimited Memberships.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals.
- Build relationships with guests through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of all wash packages, promotions, and membership options.
- Assist customers with questions regarding memberships, billing, and account management.
- Work closely with Site Management to improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Represent Cosmo Car Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
