Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Receive part orders and shipping labels from the customer service department, then locate and pull parts using inventory locations and part numbers.
- Inspect and quality-check parts prior to packaging to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Package parts according to company-defined packing and shipping procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and organizing stock. Reporting on low-inventory parts.
- Receive and put away newly delivered parts from suppliers into the appropriate inventory locations.
- Process and inspect customer returns to verify returned parts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department, including participation in reorganization and cleaning projects.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficient Computer/Technology Skills (i.e. Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel)
- Great attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical Knowledge or Repair Experience (Preferred!)
