In 2027, Cosmic Sports will take Cosmic Baseball, and Cosmic Hockey across the country, introducing millions of fans to a unique UV Reactive sports entertainment experience.
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, operations-focused professional to manage Ticket Operations for the Cosmic Baseball national tour. This new role requires becoming an expert of our ticketing system, and being able to problem solve, and evolve the system to meet current and future needs. A strong partnership with our ticket system company, and the sales team are critical components to this position.
Essential Functions

- Assist in managing data analysis associated with ticketing
- Play a key role in ticket conversion function for our Cosmic Baseball national tour
- Partnering with the ticketing system company to design solutions for innovation and existing opportunities
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to coordinate on sale activity
- Manage front gate experience for live events
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with high functioning analytical skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team-building skills, must be confident and energetic and willing to work outside of the expected role.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting as well as baseball stadiums across the country as part of the Cosmic Takeover Tour. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel
Travel is expected in this role as the Cosmic Takeover Tour delivers the experience to ~30 cities across the US.
