Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst (DC Hardware) Location: Ontario, CA (Onsite)
Type: W2 Contract
A day in the life:
Work on DC peripheral devices, include the following: RF devices, Voice devices, PCs, Wifi, & printers
Manager and oversee all hardware issues, repairs, and track maintenance for the devices
Support assigned projects - meet project timelines, support the delivery of project goals and objectives, and resolve project problems.
Perform preventative maintenance on printers, autobaggers, and DC peripherals
Leads the other Associate Support Analysts on the campus (who are likely on different shifts)
Acts as primary POC for DC operations team on their campus, and possibly multiple nearby campuses.
Assists is hardware purchases across all DC s
Qualifications:
Understanding of DC peripheral devices and maintenance
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to communicate efficiently with vendors and end users to triage issues
Pursuing an IT focused degree, preferred
Salary : $26
