Job Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer experienced in advanced automation and PLC programming. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Beckhoff TwinCAT and EtherCAT platforms, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a background in regulated manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize PLC systems for complex automation processes.
Enhance and validate safety logic, interlocks, and control systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and validation teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.
8 years of experience in Controls Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Beckhoff TwinCAT, EtherCAT, and industrial control systems.
Experience in regulated or cGMP-compliant environments preferred.
