Cosmic Cloud Sales Associate

Part Time: 25 - 30 hours per week. This is a weekend shift, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; usually 5 to 8 hour shifts per day, between the hours of 9am -8pm and some weekdays.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Store Hours: Mon-Sunday between the hours of 9am - 8pm

Store Holidays: Thanksgiving day and Christmas day

We are expanding our team. We are looking for someone with vape experience who is willing to continue to learn about this growing industry. You will be a great addition to our team if you are outgoing, self-starting, upbeat and looking forward to establishing rapport with our regular customers.

Responsibilities include working with our customers to determine their needs, answer questions and make recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. You will be expected to stay up to date with product features and industry trends and maintain the store’s visual appearance and high standards. Must have the ability to work as part of a team while and also be self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers and co-workers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Support promotions and store sales to meet sales goals
• Report customer feedback, trends and recommendations for improvement to manager
• Resolve customer complaints
• Complete regular stocking, cleaning and organizing
• Ensure company policies are followed and upheld
• Open/Close store based on schedule needs

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience retail, customer service, or related fields
• Prior experience handling cash and basic math skills
• Current industry knowledge: mods/pods/coils, disposable bars, glass and pipes, cigarettes and tobacco products, Kratom, CBD
• Understanding of sales principles, customer services practices and conflict resolution
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Solid written, interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for long periods of time. Will also involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders and lifting 40 pounds.
