MedSpa Patient Sales Coordinator (High-Performance Sales Role)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a top-performing, sales-driven MedSpa Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Conversions
- Lead patients through the consultation journey with confidence and expertise
- Educate and recommend MedSpa services including injectables (toxins, fillers), skincare, and non-surgical treatments
- Convert inquiries and consultations into booked procedures using a proven sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Own the Patient Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective and existing patients
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience from first interaction through follow-up
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and repeat business
Coordinate & Manage Patient Flow
- Schedule and manage a high volume of consultations and appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records (EMR)
- Handle multiple patient interactions daily while staying organized and responsive
Financial & Treatment Coordination
- Clearly present pricing, packages, and financing options
- Confidently guide patients through purchasing decisions
Retention & Follow-Up
- Proactively follow up on leads and past patients
- Re-engage patients to increase lifetime value and loyalty
Who You Are
Sales-Focused Performer
- 3–5 years of proven success in sales (MedSpa, aesthetics, cosmetic, or high-ticket services strongly preferred)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong Communicator & Closer
- Confident, persuasive, and professional in both phone and in-person interactions
- Skilled at overcoming objections and closing consultations
Highly Organized & Fast-Paced
- Able to manage dozens (or more) patient interactions and records daily
- Detail-oriented without losing momentum
Polished & Professional
- Presents with confidence and maintains a high standard of appearance
- Builds trust quickly with patients and team members
Team-Oriented, Positive Mindset
- Energetic, proactive, and drama-free
- Shows up on time, ready to perform every day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MedSpa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
