Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time wisely in fast paced work place.
Communicate with suppliers for inquiries and requests via email, telephone and mail.
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
Prepare and send out R&D sample and other packages and receive inbound packages.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsible for maintaining a good working office environment which includes clerical duties.
MS Excel, Outlook, Word And Other Basic Computer Skills.
Minimum of 5 year experience in an office setting with similar responsibilities
Associate's Degree preferred
