Our audiology office is one of the most desirable medical clinics to work at in Northern Virginia. We provide professional, quality, caring services for individuals with hearing needs. We are looking for a Front Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Profit sharing program also provided.
Your role would be to maintain a pleasant working environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication between our providers and our patients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who possesses knowledge of general office duties along with experience in:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Electronic insurance billing and coding
- Applying payments
- Tracking claims, daily transactions, monthly sales and purchases
- Credentialing
- Overseeing all front office duties
- Ordering Supplies
Requirements:
- Associate degree (preferred)
- One year of medical business office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
