Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Audiologist located in Annandale, VA. The Clinical Audiologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive auditory evaluations, diagnosing hearing issues, and creating personalized treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include providing aural rehabilitation services, selecting and fitting hearing aids, educating patients on hearing health, and collaborating with related healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the audiologist responsible for independently managing daily clinic operations with minimal oversight from upper management
Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent
- State licensure as an Audiologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Private practice experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Incentives
- Starting Salary: $125,000
- $3,000 Signing Bonus structured as a retention incentive
