We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Call Center Accountant to support the financial operations of a high-performance call center environment. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, overseeing commission calculations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting tied to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Calculate, verify, and process sales commissions accurately
- Reconcile accounts and track revenue performance
- Support payroll preparation related to commission payouts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure compensation accuracy
- Monitor KPIs and assist with performance-based financial tracking
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of commission structures and variable compensation models
- Proficient in Excel, including formulas, reporting, and reconciliations
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Full-Time | On-Site in Doral
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
