Days are:

Mondays 8AM-5PM.

Tuesdays 10AM-5PM (Optional)

Wednesdays 10AM-5PM (Optional)

Thursdays 8AM-7PM.

Fridays 10AM-5PM (Optional)

Saturdays 8AM-2PM.

Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and managing the front office operations efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional dental care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process.
• Schedule appointments using dental scheduling software - Dentrix.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff.
• Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dental receptionist.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with health information management practices.
• Knowledge of dental scheduling software, Dentrix, is a must.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
