At Oral Surgery and Implant Institute our mission is to transform the lives of our patients through providing an exceptional patient experience and excellent clinical results. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters long term patient relationships. This individual must create an exceptional patient experience at every point of contact, from the initial phone call, to appropriately managing scheduling, to ensuring positive patient communications surrounding billing, insurance processing, and administrative tasks to create a seamless and memorable experience .

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Previous experience in healthcare or wellness field
- Continuing education in dental office management encouraged
