In order to develop long-term strategic technical business solutions for mid-sized and enterprise companies, CoServe is currently searching for Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians. CoServe's Infrastructure Technicians are responsible for providing on-site support services for clients to include installation, testing and troubleshooting of voice/data networks, fiber optic cabling systems, VOIP and wireless systems. CoServe's Lead Infrastructure Technicians are also responsible for managing a site and acting as the interface to the customer.
Requirements:
- Site management
- Company interface to the customer
- Installation, Testing and Troubleshooting of voice and data networks
- Installation of data racks, wire management and all infrastructure equipment
- Align to instructions in form of Work Orders, SOP’s and/or Run Books
- Ability to work on overnight cutover projects
- Be familiar and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications
Written and verbal communications
Include experience in one of the following:
- Low voltage mechanical or electrical
- High School Diploma
- Trade school degree
- BICSI certification desirable
- Associate's degree desirable.
