Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and train store associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. This includes training and development of staff.
Oversee and manage ** retail sales** performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
