• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all procedures.

• Manage and maintain inventory levels, utilizing data analysis to optimize product ordering and minimize waste.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and building strong customer relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
