The Cake Decorator is a key role within our bakery, responsible for crafting visually stunning and delicious cakes. Responsibilities:
Decorate cakes according to customer orders and established standards, demonstrating proficiency in various Cake Decorating techniques.
Prepare and bake cake components, ensuring adherence to recipes and Food Preparation guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding strict Food Safety and Sanitation protocols.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, demonstrating strong Time Management skills.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, fostering Teamwork.
Package and label finished products accurately, utilizing Packaging and Labeling best practices.
Provide excellent ** Customer Service** by interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with Positivity.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies, demonstrating General Mathematics skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Cake Decorating techniques, including frosting, piping, and fondant work.

Working knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education
