Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Starbucks operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a food service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Valid Driver's License.
- General knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
