Cosentino's Sunfresh is seeking reliable and customer-focused Overnight Cashiers to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while efficiently processing transactions during the overnight shift (9 PM - 5 AM). The ideal candidate should have strong cash handling skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various tasks, including operating the point of sale (POS) system, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register and POS system, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with bagging merchandise.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including cleaning and stocking merchandise.
- Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising products as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
