What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Cosen Saws?
· Develop and Support the Cosen Service Team in their technical skills and customer service capabilities
· Training and Coaching
· Bandsaw background is a plus
· Great customer service skill
· Great communication skill
· Set up and maintain a customer service network consists of service distributors, independent contractors, and direct employee(s) through continuous training.
· Ensure we meet customer expectations and satisfaction to the best of our abilities through ( but not limited to) the following:
o Work order processing: inspection, upgrade, repair, and accessory install
o Machine installations and training
o Telephone and field service support
o Develop system to report product quality and service feedback
o Service training school ( on-site and off-site)
o Parts sales and technical support
o Warranty Issue solving
o Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, applications and testing)
o CPC (Cosen Performance Cloud) product installation and service support
Job requirement:
Good knowledge in Electrical and Hydraulic components.
Capability of interpreting electrical and hydraulic drawing.
Hands on mechanical.
